As part of its drive to provide internships to promising university students, the Authority has found it essential to assess the suitability of students who express interest in joining the URA internship program.
The assessment of the students will take on two main areas geared at evaluating the organization's knowledge and the individual’s behavioral styles, motivators, temperament, career interests, and personal values which will determine the suitability of the candidates for internship placement into the Authority.
